Oleandar
Nerium oleander is an evergreen shrub or small tree. Oleanders produce very fragrant, colorful flowers all summer and fall. The plants are very well adapted to Florida and will withstand dry conditions, wind, salty or marshy soils – making them popular in coastal regions.
